THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Broad-based financial analyst role with exposure to a wide range of responsibilities including:
    • Strategic analysis of cash forecasting and optimization across the global portfolio of businesses
    • Net working capital analysis and tracking of improvement
    • Compilation and review of finance-related KPI’s
    • Cross-functional projects such as cost reduction initiatives, innovation/growth initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
    • M&A deal support as needs arise
  • Developmental role with broad exposure across all areas of finance with opportunities to work in all sectors of the finance group depending on the strategic priorities (Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, and M&A)
  • Serve as the primary point person for consolidation and analysis across multiple business units globally for areas of responsibility
  • Review and provide analysis to management on monthly financial results, including the analysis and interpretation of operating results, investigation of variances and unusual items and evaluation of their effect on operations
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of resources
  • Assist with the development of presentations to both internal leadership and investors

 

PROFILE FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor’ degree in accounting/finance
  • 1-2 years of related finance experience (must possess a comprehensive understanding of financial statement analysis)
  • Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
  • OneStream, Tableau or other data analytic tools are a significant plus
  • Ability to follow-up independently and critically think through analyses
  • Ability to summarize and present information to Senior Management
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not required
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with multiple levels within the organization
  • Many tasks will require an independent and intellectually curious individual with the ability to self-start and think ahead
  • Some travel may be required and is dependent on project needs
  • Bachelor’ degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not required
