THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Developmental role with broad exposure across all areas of finance (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury and M&A)
  • Assist in the preparation and review of the global budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning process
  • Provide support for consolidation and analysis of financial results across multiple business units globally (including capital expenditures)
  • Review and provide analysis to management on monthly financial results, including the analysis and interpretation of operating results, investigation of variances and unusual items and evaluation of their effect on operations
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on all areas of the business as requested by the VP of FP&A and Corporate Finance Team
  • Participate in due diligence as needed when M&A targets are identified including reviewing financial models and key assumptions
  • Support cross-functional projects such as cost reduction initiatives, innovation/growth initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of resources

 

PROFILE FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years of related finance experience
  • Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, M&A a plus
  • Familiarity with the process of financial statement preparation as well as an internal and external audit function
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft TM applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems (OneStream experience a plus)
  • Ability to follow-up independently and critically think through analyses
  • Ability to summarize and present information to Senior Management
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with multiple levels within the organization
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not required
